We’re thrilled to have our Mesabi Fit members taking part in this fun, festive fitness event. Below you’ll find extra info, rules, and our survey. Make sure you grab a punch card at the front desk for your challenge!
Please note this challenge runs through the month of December and does NOT need to be completed in any particular order or in the span of 12 days.

12 Days of Fitmas – Punch Card Activities

Attend one FOD (Fitness on Demand) class.
Complete the “Workout of the Day” (located in the weight room).
Attend a new fitness class (one you haven’t tried before).
Complete the “Jingle Bell Burn” workout.
Follow Mesabi Fit on Instagram – @mesabi.fit.
Take a selfie at the gym and tag @mesabi.fit.
Try a new machine.
Do 10 minutes of cardio.
Answer the Fitmas Challenge Question posted in the lobby.

Fitness on Demand (FOD) Classes
You can access FOD classes anytime, and we also offer scheduled sessions throughout the week.

Workout of the Day
The “Workout of the Day” is posted in the weight room on the left wall as you walk in.
Feel free to modify it to your fitness level, every effort counts!
Try a New Fitness Class
We offer a wide variety of instructor led classes taught by passionate, knowledgeable instructors.

The Jingle Bell Burn workout is located below, complete it anytime during the challenge!

Try a New Machine
Don’t be shy! Try a machine in the weight room that you’ve never used before.
Staff may ask which machine you tried.
10 Minutes of Cardio
Cardio can be anything that gets your heart pumping, walking, running, stairs, jump rope, and etc.!
Fitmas Challenge Question
Check the lobby for the Fitmas question and “post it” your answer to earn your punch!
Question: What’s one holiday tradition you never skip?
Try a New Training Tool
Training tools are any pieces of equipment separate from machines such as:
Resistance bands
Foam rollers
Slam balls
Yoga blocks
Agility ladder
TRX
Medicine balls, etc.
Staff may ask which tool you tried, so be prepared!
BONUS PUNCH
Email your fitness class or gym selfie photo to info@mesabifit.org. Let our staff know and receive a bonus punch in place of any unfinished or unwanted punches. Can use this only once.
