We asked Kristeana a few questions so you can get to know the incredible trainer behind your workouts!

Q: What can clients expect from your training sessions?

A: Clients can expect workouts that are fully customized to their needs, and fun, too! I make sure everyone feels comfortable, confident, and enjoys every session.

Q: What is one tip you’d like to give someone on their fitness journey?

A: Consistency is key, as well as patience. Don’t forget to be patient with yourself and trust you’ll get to where you want to be.

Q: What is your favorite part of being a trainer?

A: My favorite part about training is that every client is unique like a puzzle to solve. Whether it’s working around a physical limitation, medication side effects, or anxiety, I love figuring out how to help each person reach their goals and feel good about themselves.

Q: What’s one fitness myth you wish more people would stop believing?

A: That you have to sweat or be sore for a workout to be effective. Results come from consistency. Every workout counts, even the ones that feel easier!
