Group Fitness Classes

Classes are open to members and non-members with a day pass. Check out our calendar below to plan your workouts . Our group classes are organized by instructor for easy scheduling. Cancellations and updates will be more promptly posted on our Facebook and Instagram.

  • This Barbell Strength class is designed to enhance muscle strength, power, and technique through targeted barbell exercises. Participants will focus on fundamental lifts and accessory movements to build overall strength and improve lifting performance. Open to ages 14 and up.

  • Open to all ages and abilities. This Body Strength class is designed to enhance overall muscle strength, endurance, and functional fitness using bodyweight exercises and a variety of equipment. Participants will engage in a full-body workout that improves muscle tone, balance, and stability.

  • This Classic Cycle class is designed to deliver an intense cardiovascular workout while building lower body strength and endurance. Participants will experience a dynamic ride with varying intensities, guided by motivating music and effective coaching. This class is 45 minutes in duration.

  • The first part of class is on the bike with a focus on cardio. The last part of class will be concentrated core work to round out your workout.

  • Open to all ages and abilities. This 40 minute wake up workout incorporates important fitness elements: low-impact cardio, strength, toning, and flexibility. Participants will engage in a full-body workout.

  • The Noon Strength class is a class filled with variety with a full body focus. Using different equipment each week, participants can look forward to a challenging workout each week.

  • Open to all ages and abilities. Pilates Core focuses on strengthening core muscles to improve stability, balance, and overall muscle control. Through slow, controlled movements, Pilates Core encompasses a broad range of muscles including lower back, hips, glutes, and pelvic floor.

  • This Step and Strength class blends dynamic step aerobics with targeted strength training exercises. Participants will engage in a high-energy cardiovascular workout combined with muscle-toning strength exercises to achieve a full-body workout.

  • A mind-body practice using slow, gentle movements that help you focus and connect with your body and your breath. The goal is to increase body awareness and release tension. Exercise examples include belly breathing, tapping, yoga, Pilates, cat-cows, and spinal twists. These movements cause the muscles to contract, release, than rest. Bring a yoga mat!

  • Enjoy a little “me time” and give those muscles the R&R they deserve! Spend some time in this guided stretch to allow yourself to recover.

  • A total body resistance class that uses bodyweight as resistance through using a suspension trainer that involves straps that are suspended from an anchor point on the wall. Class will include a variety of exercises to challenge your strength, balance and flexibility.

  • Open to all ages and abilities. This Zumba class combines energetic dance routines with infectious rhythms to provide a fun and effective cardiovascular workout. Participants will experience a high-energy session that improves cardiovascular fitness, coordination, and overall well-being while having a blast.

  • Open to all ages and abilities. A chair supported strength and toning class that focuses on full body.

  • This class aims to deliver a fast and furious total body workout to tone your entire body and provide a fun kickboxing cardio workout.
