A few helpful details to make planning your meeting, training, or special gathering easier.

What is included in the base rental?
The $125 base rental includes two hours of boardroom use. You can add the gymnasium, pool, or sports simulator for $50 per space. Additional rental time is $25 per hour.
Can we bring food and beverages?
Yes! You are welcome to bring your own food, refreshments, or catered meals. Non-alcoholic beverages are permitted. Alcohol is not allowed. Please bring any serving supplies, plates, cups, or utensils your group may need.
Is there a refrigerator or freezer available?
Refrigerator and freezer space is available for your event. Please coordinate any special storage needs with Mesabi Fit in advance.
Can we arrange the room for our meeting or event?
You may arrange the available furniture to accommodate your gathering, provided the space is returned to its original setup afterward. If you have specific setup needs, please discuss them with our team before your rental.
Can we decorate the space?
Simple decorations are welcome as long as they do not damage walls, furniture, or equipment. Please avoid nails, staples, and other damaging adhesives. All decorations must be removed before your rental ends.
What if our event needs more than two hours?
Additional time is $25 per hour. This extends your entire rental, including any additional activity spaces selected, subject to availability. Be sure to include any needed setup and cleanup time when planning your rental duration.
Are there rules for using the pool or gymnasium?
Yes. All participants must follow Mesabi Fit facility rules. There is no lifeguard on duty, and pool use requires active adult supervision. Children using the gymnasium must also be supervised. Non-marking athletic shoes are required for gym activities.
Are we responsible for cleaning up afterward?
Yes. Please remove decorations, dispose of trash, clean up food and beverage areas, and return the space to its original condition. Renters may be responsible for damage to facility property.
What if we need to cancel?
We request at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel your rental. There is no cancellation fee. Please contact Mesabi Fit as soon as possible if your plans change.
How do we confirm our reservation?
Complete the rental calculator above and submit an inquiry by email, or contact us directly at info@mesabifit.org. Our team will review your requested date, time, and spaces and follow up about availability and next steps. Submitting an inquiry does not automatically reserve the facility.
