We've got the space for the fun—you bring the celebration! Find answers to common questions below.
Can we bring our own food, cake, and drinks?
Absolutely! You're welcome to bring your own food, cake,
and non-alcoholic beverages. Your party room includes
access to a refrigerator and freezer. Please bring your
own plates, cups, utensils, and serving supplies.
Can we decorate the party room?
Yes! Decorations are welcome. Please use tape or other
non-damaging materials. Nails, tacks, and anything that
could damage the walls or furnishings are not permitted.
Is there a lifeguard for pool parties?
No lifeguard is on duty. Mesabi Fit does
not provide lifeguards for birthday parties. Responsible
adults must actively supervise children in the pool at
all times. Children who cannot swim independently require
close, in-water adult supervision. All pool rules must
be followed.
What should we know about gym parties?
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Clean, non-marking athletic shoes are required.
Sports equipment is available for use, and all
participants must follow posted facility safety rules.
Can we extend our party?
Of course! Additional hours are just $25 per hour
and extend your entire party, including your boardroom
and any selected activities. Additional time is subject
to availability.
What if we need to cancel or reschedule?
Plans change! We simply ask for at least
24 hours' notice if you need to cancel
or reschedule. There is no cancellation fee.
Are we responsible for cleanup?
Yes. Please leave the party space clean and in the
condition you found it. Additional charges may apply
for excessive cleaning or property damage.
