Proposals will be opened on: January 13, 2026
Firm selection will be announced on: March 13, 2026
Proposals must include the following information:

• Firm profile, including years in practice, office location(s), and relevant licensure
• Identification of the project manager and key project team members
• Description of experience with similar facilities (e.g., athletic, recreation, dome, or large-span structures)
• Description of proposed project approach and design philosophy
• Preliminary project schedule outlining key milestones
• Description of coordination with consultants (structural, civil, mechanical, electrical, etc.)
• Approach to cost estimating, value engineering, and budget control
• Experience with public or nonprofit projects and applicable procurement requirements
• Disclosure of any potential conflicts of interest
• Fee structure and proposed compensation method (lump sum, percentage, hourly, etc.)
• Description of services included in the base fee and optional/additional services
• Proof of professional liability insurance and required certifications
• At least three (3) references for comparable projects
